summer doldrums 3

the truth be

no more lingering summers

our heated brains can’t think

until the fall cool.

living in the daily heat of 90 degrees PLUS

they say we become more V I O L E N T

stalking the wilderness of a more savage life.

seasonal change is around the corner

the city folk know:

rural dwellers and islanders must come home

adapt to a new heated campaign.
