Growing Old: A Life

We may be surprised. The small surprises may count more.

The everyday blessings — of friends, of family, of creativity, of secret passions matter.

The work schedule is not that crazy; we have good time to use.

And yet, life’s struggles as we age, grow old, health issues do increased.

Not ALL diet and exercise can keep away foes.

We must find new paths to joy — to freedom — to expression,

as if we were young again. So new challenges always.
